Toasted

I made it for one and a half hour. We did meet up at their hotel. Then my body said enough is enough. We said our goodbyes and hugged and Jan & I got in a cab and drove home… 
Now its time for painkillers, rest, yoga and smiling in the heart because of the wonderful memories of the time spent with Chris & Pat in Copenhagen…. 
I DID IT. Me & the MS 
and my family & my husband 
did it. 
WE ARE  A POWERHOUSE OF LOVE  
I will not let the MS define me – 
I have a life… I deserve a good life!
